Let's talk about something that is much needed in everyone's life - Power Of Positivity. Positivity is not something that gives hope for anything but it can entirely change someone's life for a better tomorrow. A study shows that people who has heart disease in the family history  but they are positive thinker are less likely to carry forward the heart disease then those who has negative thinking. Isn't it a good news for everyone.

Positive thinking is a lifestyle. You cannot expect by thinking positive for 5 days that something will change in your favors, You need to adapt the positive thinking in your life , you need to change your whole pattern of thinking . You need to take out at least one or two points even from worse of the situations.

Have you ever heard that you can achieve anything and everything with manifesting. Be it Good Health, Reputation, Money, Fame, Love. You just need to start thinking that you already have that thing. For example, You want to have lots of money and wants to live a rich life . So for that You need to start thinking and most importantly you need to start believing and behaving that same way that you have huge amount of money, You need to start imagining that you are swimming in the pool of money. You are living a rich life. And you will start seeing the difference in your life.

  • Start with smiling more often. Did you know even fake smiling can help a lot sometimes to avoid stress.
  • Start maintaining good relationship with your family, friends, neighbors.
  • Change is the law of nature . You need to accept this this.
  • Stop ignoring your problems , Try to solve them with mutual agreements. Stop ignoring the problems. 
  • Stop blaming or stressing about the unavoidable circumstances, start taking some positive things from it. For example you are stuck in a traffic jam rather then cursing about the jam start thanking that you are able to afford the car.   

Techniques of Positive thinking. 

Start writing down the positive thoughts and things you want in your life. Make it a habit  Do it when you wake up by thanking GOD for giving a another day to live. Start writing before sleeping . Write about how your day was , what you liked the most about it and what you want to change about it. 

Start doing this you will really see a change in your life . It changed mine . Hope it will help you to find the Ray of hope in your life too.
